You can print each
month as you view it by following these directions:
Internet Explorer v7
Select Print Preview from the menu bar.
Click “Only the Selected Frame” (the option
under “as laid out on screen”)
Select “Shrink to Fit”
Select Print
Internet Explorer v6*
Select Print Preview from the menu bar.
Click “Only the Selected Frame” (the option
under “as laid out on screen”)
Select Print
*Internet Explorer
v6 does not have the “Shrink to Fit” option, so your printed calendar for a
month may span two pages.
Firefox
Right click anywhere within the calendar
Select “This frame” à “Open frame in New Window”
Select Print Preview from the menu bar.
Select 80% in Scale
Select Print
AOL v9
Click on File and then on Print
Preview.
Select 70% reduction (or whatever number will
allow you to see the entire calendar page).
Click the printer icon.
